A centre logo covers part of the code — Q or H recovers from it.
How to create a Telegram QR code
- Enter the public username of your Telegram profile, group or channel. The @ prefix is optional.
- Choose your colours, frame and download format.
- Download the QR code and test it with a phone before printing.
What opens after a scan?
The code contains a https://t.me/ username link. A compatible device can open Telegram, while a browser may show Telegram's web page. Joining a group or channel, signing in and sending a message are controlled by Telegram; scanning does not send a message automatically.
Public usernames and private invitations
Use a public username made of letters, numbers and underscores. We check its format, but cannot verify that the account exists or belongs to you. For a private group invitation, copy the invitation from Telegram and use the Website URL QR generator instead.
Can I change it after printing?
This is a static QR code. Changing the username generates a different code, so replace any printed copies. It does not use an editable-page allowance and does not report scan statistics. You can generate and download without signing in; sign in to save a design when your plan allows it.
Share several social profiles with a Multi-link QR code, or create a WhatsApp QR code.
